Yesterday I had two guys come to repair my oven, I think they may have been Polish but I could be wrong.
This is how the conversation went :
Repair guy: 'You arent American are you?'
Me: 'No, Im English'
Repair guy: 'Which country are you from?'
Me: 'England'
Repair Guy: 'Is that the country next to London? - as I went to London once'
Before I had a chance to reply and let him know London was in fact in England, the other repair guy joined in the conversation.
'You idiot London isnt next to England, its what the English call England!'
At that point I just smiled :)
